We require a $100 deposit in order to confirm your booking. The balance is due two days prior to your event.

A: We will always drop off and pick up anywhere within a 45km radius of Maroochydore as part of your package - any other areas we are happy to discuss however they may include an additional fee for travel.

FYI we do have DIY set up options avaliable for a discount!

A: We ask you have a backup location in case of wet weather as our equiptment is not made to be in the elements.

A: Yes, you can absolutely host your event in a public area or function venue using Sunnybubs equiptment. However, it's important to ensure you have the necessary permissions and permits from local councils or the venue management.

A: We understand that accidents can happen. If any items are damaged beyond repair or lost, the full replacement cost will be charged. We’ll inform you of the amount required to cover the replacement, and an invoice will be issued. Payment will be due within seven days of receiving the invoice.

Absolutely. We are fully covered by public liability insurance, so you can relax knowing safety is always a priority.
